Ah yes. The stuff that weddings are made of.

If the Motown song was once seen as rollicking and whippersnapperish, or is now perceived as a quaint relic, the lovely melodies and thoughtful lyrics of the ones below transcend such judgments. They're just Great Songs, especially if you love to love.

Interestingly, when I was brainstorming these popular pieces, more came from male singers than females. Maybe because women weren't supposed to make men faint in the same way? Or am I having a brain freeze? (Don't be shy to tell me either way!)
